ABOUT US

William has over 15 years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) and wireless communication theory and specializes in Software Defined Radios (SDRs). Prior to starting Neely Technology Group, William worked in private industry in various roles including lead FPGA developer and director of waveform strategy . William spent many years of his career as a government civilian performing systems engineering for various agencies. William has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina as well as a professional certification in Antenna Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Willam also has completed doctoral level course work in Wireless Communication from the University of South Florida.
